My experience has been quite a bit different from the other reviews. Veronica is always beyond courteous and extremely pleasant. Just as important, she gives a great haircut and takes the time to ensure I'm completely happy with the haircut. Admittedly, weekends are a bit crazier because of the volume. Give them some slack if they are swamped. I drive 15 minutes out of my way to the Parkside, Cary location, even though I have a Sport Clips 3 minutes from my house in Holly Springs.

Rude staff, called to ask approx wait time was told to go online to find out. Asked again repeated the exact same thing.

Took my 4 year old to get a haircut today and will not be going back because of the stylist he had. She huffed and puffed as she put his cape on. The only things she said to him were “look down” and did not ask if he was okay when he was flinching a little bit while she was using the razor on the sides. When I asked my son if he was okay, she just paused for a second then went back to cutting. Not to mention she had an air pod in the whole time. I just felt like she did not care about my son even a little bit. Never had someone as bad as that and will not be going back for even the chance of getting her again.
